Chocolate-Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

This creamy, protein-packed smoothie tastes like a chocolate peanut butter milkshake and provides long-lasting satiety. With ingredients such as peanut butter, Greek yoghurt, and milk, this smoothie already contains a good amount of protein. By adding a scoop of Beyuna Protein, you can boost it to as much as 40 grams of protein! It’s a great way to hit your daily protein goal. Plus, it tastes like dessert — what more could you want?
For 1 large smoothie:
- 1 medium (frozen) banana, chopped
- 240 ml milk or unsweetened soy milk
- 125 ml full-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 30 g Beyuna Protein
- A pinch of Ceylon cinnamon
Place all ingredients into a blender and mix for a few minutes until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little extra milk or water.
Tip: Love a cold smoothie? Freeze the banana in advance (chopped) and make sure the Greek yoghurt and milk are chilled.
