Resveratrol

Resveratrol is a natural substance found in grape skins and Japanese knotweed, among other things. Resveratrol extract is often used in supplement form. This ingredient is also found in Beyuna Immunity.
Resveratrol is a natural substance that belongs to the polyphenol family. It is primarily found in grape skins, but also in berries, peanuts, and red wine. In supplement form, resveratrol is usually extracted from Japanese knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum) or grape skins.
An important distinction: resveratrol should not be confused with grape seed extract. The latter is extracted from grape seeds and contains primarily OPCs (oligomeric proanthocyanidins), which are different antioxidants than resveratrol.
Resveratrol occurs naturally in various foods, including grape skins, various berries, peanuts, and red wine.
