Protein Apple Cake

A delicious protein-rich apple cake made with just four ingredients, one of which – you guessed it – is protein powder. You probably already have all the ingredients at home, so get baking and enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2 large or 4 small sweet apples
- 475ml almond milk or whole milk
- 80g Beyuna Protein
- Ceylon cinnamon
- Optional: flaked almonds
Method
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Peel the apples and slice them. In a bowl, whisk together the almond milk, protein powder, and cinnamon until smooth. Add the apple slices and mix well. Pour the mixture into a small cake tin lined with baking paper. Optionally, sprinkle flaked almonds on top. Bake for about 1 hour, until golden brown. Enjoy!
