Apple cinnamon protein smoothie

This Apple Cinnamon Protein Smoothie is perfect for fall: protein + fiber + flavor, ready in 2 minutes. Each glass provides 30 grams of protein and fiber from apple, oats, or flaxseed, perfect for a satisfying, consistent start to your day. Ginger and cinnamon add flavor without the added sugar. Perfect for breakfast, post-workout, or a smart snack when you want to top up your daily protein intake.

Ingredients (1 to 2 servings)
  • 1 large apple, chopped
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 scoop (30 g) Beyuna Protein powder
  • 250 ml (plant-based) milk or (plant-based) yogurt
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp oats or 1 tbsp flaxseed (for added fiber)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust: add more cinnamon or ginger for a spicy kick, a little more milk to thin it out, or a few ice cubes for a colder smoothie. Pour and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
