Apple cinnamon protein smoothie

Ingredients (1 to 2 servings)
- 1 large apple, chopped
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 scoop (30 g) Beyuna Protein powder
- 250 ml (plant-based) milk or (plant-based) yogurt
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp oats or 1 tbsp flaxseed (for added fiber)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust: add more cinnamon or ginger for a spicy kick, a little more milk to thin it out, or a few ice cubes for a colder smoothie. Pour and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
